The plumber we normally use was unable to replace our leaking hot water heater due to a injury. We like to support local small business, and after doing a search and reading reviews I decided to contact "Dooty Calls". After talking with Yuriy and having a comfortable conversation I scheduled a appointment for the following morning for Yuriy to evaluate the project. He showed up early for the appointment (a good sign), evaluated the project and realized our heater was warranted for 9 years and it was only in the seventh year. He called the manufacter and got us a new replacement unit, which he installed to current codes. We are completely satisfied, and highly recommend Dooty Calls.

Highly recommend, Yuriy was very responsive to questions I had on a leak we had with our water heater. He was able to come out and take a look the very next day and even texted that he was running late which I appreciated. He was out the next day again to replace the water heater and the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. He was open and honest in answering my questions about the replacement and the price was competitive. Great experience on every level.

Impressed!! Yuriy installed our new dishwasher. He was punctual, professional and courteous! Some plumbing parts issue on our end caused Yuriy a little more work than he planned and he went above and beyond to get it done and get it done right, all the while maintaining his great attitude! Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have worked with Dooty Calls Plumbing and I am so thoroughly pleased with the work and service I received. I had two projects done, a new water softener installed and repair on my leaking toilet. Yuri was my service technician and he did a fabulous job and I highly recommend. We hired Dooty Calls to install our Water Softener. He came in and took care of the the install very promptly and his Craftsmanship is impeccable! We will absolutely be call Dooty Calls for any and all future needs

I am looking for recommendations for a plumber. Long story short, our tub drain is completely clogged. A few years ago we had a similar issue and we took the drain off ourselves and fished out a hot wheels car and I am suspicious there might be more. Thanks

I had a plumbing leak last night and found this company on a Google search. Yuriy responded to my message right away, gave me a price, and said he could come today. He showed up on time, fixed the leak, and charged me exactly what he had quoted. All of this is a very refreshing change from the way plumbing companies have started doing business. I had called three others before this one and they all wanted varying amounts of money to come look at the problem, and then hold me at their mercy to give me a price to fix it or just walk away with the "service fee." I can't recommend Yuriy and Dooty Calls Plumbing highly enough. They just landed a spot on my preferred contractors list for my home and my clients.
